Step 1:
Just got open any folder on your desktop.
Step 2:
Click on tools tab on the top most menu bar.
Step3:
Click on folder options
Step 4:
Now click on view tab in the wizard which opend now.
you will an menu as shown below.
Step 5:Click on do not cache thumbnail as highlighted in the above picture.
Step6:
Click on ok tab.
that's it you have removed the thumbs.db completely.
